Hello Every
body!!
What a day? I have so much stuff to do today plus I am trying to not lose my patience with the people who are messing with me! I am now at the final stage of my baby doll which is paint and seal . I am thinking I need to sand it a little more to get a smoother texture or I am going to glue a skin (fabric) over the doll to have the finish look the way I need it to. I made Jolly a sweater, cap, blanket, skirt, and diaper cover so far and I need to start the mitten, socks, and mary janes next. As you can see from the pictures I have completed the wig and have comb and cut the hair into a banged bob. It took two days to get it to the stage it's in now.

On another note I finis
hed making my cousin Cal's, who had her second son last month, baby blanket and cap in a green and yellow basket weave. I am thinking about lining it with fleece before I mail it to her. Look at the picture and tell me what you think, does it need to be lined? I have been working on the blanket for over a year, it took a lot of time to knit because I used size two needles and that makes the process really slow. However; this is not usually a pattern I knit but I wanted something special for Cal's family. I really love them especially Aunty Sweetie she brings me so much joy she encourage me and was the first one to tell me that it will be okay, that adoption was an acceptable option, which was just what I need to hear! It was so good to hear! That changed my life for the better! I love you Aunt Sweetie and I miss you so much now that we are so far apart!
